The mission of TriLogics Group is a simple one: To help everyday people make money from horse racing. The importance of this mission is that it extends to people with no special knowledge of horse racing, computer, or any technical knowledge. Our goal is to become the world’s number 1 source of quality horse racing software.

Company Milestones

*2nd of February 1999: Cheetah Software is founded by Matthew Whyatt in Southport, QLD with 3 employees. The first version of the software is called Examiner. Original office located on Meron Street.

*January 2000: Matthew's wife, Terri joins the business and uses her corporate accounting background to help manage and grow the business.

*1st of July 2003: Due to expansion and the addition of new business partners a new company is formed and called Intervest Global Live. Terri Whyatt becomes Director and Matthew Whyatt is named Chairman. To reflect the new company’s identity the software takes the name of the company and is known as IGL.

*2005: To reflect much improved functionality, the software is re-branded as TriLogics.

*March 2008: As part of ongoing upgrades, research and testing begins on Percentage Return trading module for TriLogics

*September 2008: After outstanding trials, Percentage Return trading module is released at no extra charge to all existing TriLogics owners.

*March 2009: TriLogics Version 2.0.6.0 is released to all existing clients at no additional charge. This major update improves the ability to switch between races; adds additional features including improved Percentage Return and data sheet functionality.

*May 2009: TriLogics becomes compatible with the BettorData racing data feed. This provides clients with a second option for receiving data.

*October 2009: Testing begins on alternative Percentage Return strategies to increase the number of trading races, and allows trading while including the favourite.

*December 2009: Research and testing begins on new Banker Trifecta trading guidelines.

*June 2010: Banker Trifecta guidelines with accompanying training are released to all existing clients at no additional charge

*July 2010: Ongoing research and trials on new trading strategies continue, including the Megafecta trading strategy.

*November 2010: Megafecta trading guidelines with accompanying training are realeased to all existing clients at no additional charge.

*February 2011: Company celebrates its 12th anniversary of having trained over 1485 people to “escape the workforce”. Our improvements are continuing on a daily basis and our client base grows every week.

*May 2011: TriLogics opens Western Australia office in Perth to better support the growing Western Australian, Singapore and India markets.

*August 2011: Trading Software Marketplace Pty Ltd (TSM) is launched to increase our capacity to support more products, with improved customer experience.

*August 2011: TriLogics Group Pty Ltd is launched as a wholly owned subsidiary of TSM and is responsible for the sales and support of our TriLogics flagship product, while the Intervest Global name and brand are retired.
